Profile is a personal page which display the information of a user.
CAN I CHANGE THE PROFILE'S THEME?
Yes. That is the main feature of this website. It can be customized at SETTING THEME In addition, you can customize with your own preferences by clicking the CUSTOMIZE
CAN I ADD BACKGROUND MUSIC ON MY PROFILE?
Yes, absolutely. It can be done at SETTING THEME CUSTOMIZE EDITOR MUSIC
WHY MY PROFILE'S STEAM PAGE DOES NOT UPDATE?
Everytime someone visits your profile, specifically on your steam section, it will retrieve your Steam public information through API provided by Steam. This process only will be triggered once after 6 HOURS it was last visited If any of your Steam information such as games, playtime, level etc. was not listed there, it may caused by your privacy settings does not allow us to retrieve them.

HOW TO SIGN IN USING QRCODE?
It is only available for non-logged in account. On your signed in account device, click on LOQIN, then a QR Code will be displayed. After that, scan that QR Code using any QR Code scanner. The QR Code contains a link. Once scanned, you will be redirected to your default web browser. Make sure that you have signed in your account (with REMEMBER ME checked) on your default web browser
HOW DO I KEEP MY LOGIN EVEN AFTER I CLOSED MY BROWSER?

It is to hold the eCASH temporarily from order transaction that was paid using eWALLET eCASH before releasing it to the seller

To keep the buyer and seller safe. As if anything happens, the money will be released/reverted to the respective owner.
DEBT
WHAT IS DEBT?
An overdue payment billed to merchant which is required to be settled within a certain period of time. Failure to do so may caused the store to be temporarily inactive until the DEBT was settled. An inactive store will caused a limited access to manage store's content. In addition, customer may not able to purchase & make a payment for the store's product/service.
HOW LONG IS TIME GIVEN TO SETTLE THE DEBT?
1 month from the first time it was billed
HOW TO PAY DEBT?
  • Navigate to website's top right menu DEBT
  • Choose a percentage (25% or 50% or 100%) to pay
Please note that, only 100% DEBT payment will reset the settlement period

SHOPink is a simple platform for people to manage & sell their products/services.

CAN I OPEN A STORE & BECOME A MERCHANT?
Yes. Anyone can opened up a store, either it is for personal or organization/company use.
HOW TO OPEN A STORE?
By default, everyone registered at are able to sell their product/service.
  • Register an account at sukasuki.net/register. If you've already registered, login to your account
  • Login at sukasuki.net/login
  • Navigate to your profile SETTING STORE
  • Fill in your store's general information at BASIC INFO
  • Fill in your store's bank information at PAYMENT METHODS
  • Click UPDATE to save the settings
DOES STORE NEEDED TO BE VERIFIED?
Yes, it is compulsory to for store to be verified
HOW TO VERIFY MY STORE?
  • Navigate to your profile SETTING STORE ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
  • If you're a personal merchant, attach your SELFIE PHOTO & IDENTITY CERTIFICATION (IC) CARD / DRIVING LICENSE
  • OR if you're an organization/company merchant, attach your ORGANIZATION/COMPANY REGISTRATION RELATED CERTIFICATES
  • Then you'll need to wait for us to review your attachments, approximately within a week. Once validated, you can start selling your products
DO I NEED TO PAY A CERTAIN FEES?
It is depend on your store's subscription package. By default, you will be subscribed with DEFAULT package. Each package offers different features and limitation
WHAT IS STORE PACKAGE?
A set of limitation of what you can do with your store and how much can you sell on your store. Each package may charged subscription/monthly/transaction fee
HOW TO SUBSCRIBE A STORE PACKAGE?
  • Navigate to website's top right menu IN-APP STORE PACKAGE
  • Click on CHANGE under SUBSCRIPTION section to view all store packages
  • Click on any of the package to view the features offered
  • Read each of the features thorougly. To subscribe, click SUBSCRIBE
WHAT IS SUBSCRIPTION FEE?
A fee that will be charge everytime you change your store package. Each package charges different price of subscription fee
WHAT IS MONTHLY FEE?
A fee that keep the store active for a certain period of time. The monthly fee for the first month is FREE. Each package charges different price of monthly fee
WHAT IS TRANSACTION FEE?
A fee that will be cumulatively collected for each successful ONLINE PAYMENT only which will be stored to DEBT
HOW TO SET THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the following criterias:
  • Your store's address
  • Customer's address
  • Cart total weight (> 0 gram) or total dimensions (> 0 mm)
  • Cart that is not checkout yet
Cart total weight/dimension is based on your store's shippable product weight/dimension. Make sure that the product are configured with weight/dimension info and SHIPPABLE checkbox is enabled
HOW TO CREATE/UPDATE A SIMPLE PRODUCT?
To create/update a simple product:
  • To create, navigate to website's top right menu CREATE PRODUCT OR To update, navigate to your product and click EDIT
  • Click on SIMPLE
  • Fill in all the required fields
  • Click CREATE to create the product
HOW TO CREATE/UPDATE A VARIATION PRODUCT?
A product, for example, a T-shirt have some difference in sizes such as S/M/L. You do not have to create a product based on these sizes. Simply create a variation type of product to solve this problem. To create/update a variation product:
  • To create, navigate to website's top right menu CREATE PRODUCT OR To update, navigate to your product and click EDIT
  • Click on VARIATION ADD OPTION
  • Fill in accordingly of each prompted questions about the option
  • Click UPDATE to update the product
The variations field may look like a simple formatted text but the system will recognize the format.

HOW TO CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER?
A custom order is a non-integrated/sync with your store's product order which all of the items information are manually configured. To create a custom order:
  • Navigate to website's top right menu CREATE ORDER
  • Fill in what you are selling
  • Type the name of the customer. If the customer is a registered member, type @<username>. <username> is the member's username
  • Set the price of the order
  • Click CREATE to create the order. After that, you will be redirected to the created order
HOW TO CREATE A COLLECTION?
A collection is a custom order that purposely to collect payments for non-product/service usage such as donation. It can be publically viewed by anyone. To create a collection:
  • Navigate to website's top right menu CREATE COLLECTION
  • It will instantly create the collection with default values. After that, you will be redirected to the created collection
HOW TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS FROM MY CUSTOMER?
Depend on which your customer chose to pay with during the checkout, whether PAY ONLINE or ATM / CASH DEPOSIT, each method handle payments differently. PAY ONLINE is based on your ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY settings, which the payment will be directly deposited to your bank based your selected thirdparty online payment service provider ATM / CASH DEPOSIT will require your customer to attach a proof of payment (receipt) and you will need to manually validate it with a paid amount Please note that, either way, we do not hold any cash from any transaction between you and your customer
HOW TO SETUP THE ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY?
  • Navigate to your profile SETTING STORE PAYMENT METHODS ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY
  • If you do not have any registered online payment gateway yet, we recommend you to use toyyibPay. Please sign up an account at toyyibpay.com
  • Choose a SERVICE PROVIDER
  • Fill in both fields with the required API keys
  • Click UPDATE to save the settings
HOW TO REQUEST A PAYMENT IN CHAT?
Before you perform this action, make sure that your store is active and you've subscribed a store package with "in-chat payment" feature enabled In the chat, type any of the following syntax:
  • pay RM<amount>
  • pay <amount> for <reason>!
Please note that, if you want to state the reason/purpose of the payment, the syntax must include for before the <reason> and MUST ends with an exclaimation mark (!) Here is the example how it will displayed: pay RM1024.99 for In-Chat Payment Demo!
